Motorola, the world's leading manufacturer of cellphones, has released a new mobile phone named Motorola Clutch i465. The cellphone comes with QWERTY keyboard and push-to-talk technology support which facilitates easy texting and talking. The keyboard has shortcut keys which makes doing certain tasks a breeze. And If push-to-talk technology acts like a verbal IM. The phone has a rugged feel to it and is crafted to survive extreme conditions including shock, vibration, dust, and solar radiation.
The 96 grams phone has the dimensions of 2.1" x 4.4" x 0.6". The battery can give a talk time of up to 205 minutes and standby time of up to 100 hours. Motorola Clutch i465 comes equipped with Bluetooth 1.2, micro USB, 5-pole, 2.5mm audio jack. The display of this candybar device consists of 1.79” 64k colors TFT screen with 128 x 160 pixel resolution. Moreover, there is integrated camera which has 300k resolution with 4x zoom. The phone has 20 MB of internal memory and boasts of threaded messaging, MMS, email.
There is no word on pricing yet. Motorola Clutch i465 is expected to be available beginning in Q2 2009.
