Sony Ericsson has released a handset that can control its gaming console Play Station 3 remotely. Sony Ericsson Aino is a touch screen mobile phone with 8.1 megapixel camera that can wireless connect to PS3 so that users can access music, videos and games although its gaming capabilities are a bit weak.
Sony Ericsson Aino comes equipped with 3 inches touch screen capable of displaying 16 million colors with a resolution of 240 x 432 pixels. The 134 grams mobile phone has dimensions of 104 x 50x 15.5 mm. Its camera features include 16x digital zoom, Auto focus, Image and video stabilizer, Video recording, Face detection, BestPic and Geo tagging, Photo feeds, Photo light, Red-eye reduction, Smart focus, Send to web and Touch focus. But there is one thing that this phone is left behind by. Its raw megapixel power. With the release of Pixon 12, Samsung is the king so far as camera-phones are concerned in terms of megapixels. The phone offers 12 megapixel camera!
Moreover, the cellphone has phone memory of pp to 55MB with memory card support. The device facilitates talk time of up to 13 hrs, video talk time of up to 1 hour 40 minutes and music listening time of 31 hours. The phone will be made available in two colors obsidian black and luminous white. No word on pricing yet.
