HTC who brought the first ever Android platform based mobile phone T-Mobile G1 have launched the Dream smartphone in Italy. The phone will be available via carrier TIM there. The phone comes in black color. The customers in Italy have two options. You can sign for a contract and get it for free. Or you can €429 (roughly $580) for a pay as you go option.
This may be considered yet another milestone for Google Android platform as G1 has recorded handsome profits for HTC already and continues to expand to more territories. There is a buzz that with in two three years this baby from HTC may out sell Apple iPhone.
