iPhone 3G S First Ever Ad

Apple just revealed the next version of its most awaited touch screen phone iPhone at WWDC 2009. The new mobile is named iPhone 3G S. Although, the cellphone does not look much different from its predecessor, iPhone 3G S has a faster processor (600 MHz), more RAM (256MB) an auto focus 3 megapixel camera, video recording capability and more.

What is more, the new handset has oleophobic coating which means that now users can clean the screen by a soft, lint-free cloth (that had to be dampened for iPhone 3G).

Apple Discontinues Its $99 Bluetooth Headset

This weekend Apple may well have discontinued selling its iPhone Bluetooth Headset. This may be indication of two things. The first one and more likely is that the company is planning to come up with a new model with new series of iPhone. But there could be one more reason. There are rumours that company may be recalling the product for unknown reasons.

The single-button headset in question was introduced in June 2007 with the original iPhone at the price of $129. It was bundled with a Bluetooth Travel Cable and a Dual Dock that could charge both the iPhone and headset.

Later, the company pulled the prices of the elegantly slim, lightweight headset down to $99 to with the release of the iPhone 3G. This time Apple stopped bundling Dual Dock permanently annoying many customers. The headset had some problems like limited range, battery life and lack of voice dial controls.

iPhone 3.0 OS Jailbreakable ?

Apple's new iPhone 3.0 was recently released. This new firmware will power every forthcoming Apple device. This update is revolutionary as it adds some 100 new features. The new firmware has the features like Copy & Paste text, photos, new MMS capabilities, stereo Bluetooth and new applications. Sure it is a treat for Apple product owners. The beta version is available for download for developers while device owners have to wait a bit.

Meanwhile, developers say that the new iPhone 3.0 was 'jailbreakable'. As posted on a blog the Dev-team says that the method jailbreak used to crack the previous update is also applicable to the new version. Seems like cracked versions will soon the light of the day after the final version is released.
